STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro Lecturers Contribute to Corporate Financial Management Competency Certification Training

Lecturers from the Cendekia School of Economics (STIEKIA) Bojonegoro have once again demonstrated their tangible contribution to human resource competency development through their involvement as speakers and instructors in the Corporate Financial Management (Financial Administration Manager) Competency Certification Training.
The activity is a collaboration between STIE Cendekia (STIEKIA) Bojonegoro and LPK Bhumanyu Bina Bangsa, organized by the Bojonegoro Regency Industry and Manpower Office as part of efforts to improve workforce competence and readiness in accordance with the needs of the job market.

The training was held from September 25 to October 6, 2026, at LPK Bhumanyu Bina Bangsa Bojonegoro, with a total learning duration of 120 lesson hours (JP).
In this activity, STIEKIA presented two lecturers as speakers and instructors: Ika Puspita Sari, S.E., M.Ak., a lecturer in the STIEKIA Accounting Study Program, and Latifah Anom, S.E., M.M., a lecturer in the STIEKIA Management Study Program.

Both provided training to participants in the fields of Corporate Financial Management and Financial Administration Management. The material was delivered in an applicable and professional manner so that participants not only gained theoretical understanding but also acquired skills relevant to the needs of the job market.
The involvement of STIEKIA lecturers in this activity is a concrete manifestation of the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education, particularly in providing scientific contributions to the community and the world of work.

Through this program, STIEKIA continues to encourage lecturers not only to act as educators on campus but also to be present as a source of knowledge and solutions for the community. The lecturers' academic competence and expertise are expected to have a positive impact on improving the quality of human resources in Bojonegoro Regency.

The collaboration between STIEKIA, LPK Bhumanyu Bina Bangsa, and the Bojonegoro Regency Industry and Manpower Office also serves as a strategic step in building synergy between higher education institutions, training institutions, and local government.
