STIEKIA and UMSIDA Implement the 2026 KOSABANGSA Program in Malingmati Village

Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Cendekia Bojonegoro (STIEKIA) together with Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMSIDA) have carried out the Opening and Socialization of the 2026 Social Collaboration to Build Society (KOSABANGSA) Program in Malingmati Village, Bojonegoro Regency, on Saturday (9/26/2026).

This activity carries the theme "Development of Circular Economy for Shallot Commodities and Sheep Livestock in Malingmati Village". The program is a form of higher education collaboration in encouraging the development of community economic potential through the sustainable utilization of local resources.
The opening and socialization activity was attended by 35 participants consisting of elements from higher education institutions and the Malingmati Village community. The participants gained an understanding of the program's direction, activity objectives, and various potential circular economy developments that can be applied to shallot commodities and sheep farming.

Through the 2026 KOSABANGSA program, STIEKIA and UMSIDA encourage synergy between academic knowledge and village community potential. The development of a circular economy is expected to create added value from local commodities while opening up opportunities for more sustainable business development for the community.
This collaboration is also part of the higher education institution's commitment to carrying out the Tridharma of Higher Education, especially in the field of community service. The presence of higher education institutions is expected not only to provide knowledge but also to assist the community in developing local potential into productive economic activities.

This 2026 KOSABANGSA program is a collaboration between Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Cendekia Bojonegoro and Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo, with support from the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DPPM) of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology.

With the implementation of this opening and socialization activity, the 2026 KOSABANGSA program is expected to be the first step for the development of an innovative, productive, and sustainable economy for the Malingmati Village community.
